Quotes provided through our website or directly are estimates based on the information provided at the time. Final project costs may vary depending on:

• Additional features or requirements
• Revisions beyond the agreed-upon scope
• Third-party service costs

We offer three timeline options:

• Rush Delivery (2-4 weeks) – Additional 50% fee applies
• Standard Delivery (4-8 weeks) – Recommended timeline
• Flexible Delivery (8-12 weeks) – 15% discount available

Timelines begin upon receipt of the initial deposit and all required project materials. Delays caused by client response times or scope changes may extend the timeline.

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, including:

• Custom website code
• Custom designs and graphics created for your project
• Documentation specific to your project

We retain the right to:

• Use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during your project
• Use non-proprietary tools, libraries, and frameworks
• Use open-source components under their respective licenses

We typically deploy websites to third-party hosting platforms (such as Vercel). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining your hosting account and payments
• Complying with the hosting provider's terms of service

Without an active support subscription, you are responsible for:

• Keeping software and plugins updated
• Website security and backups
• Domain name registration and renewal
• Bug fixes and updates after the warranty period

We offer support subscription plans for clients who need ongoing maintenance, updates, and technical assistance. Details and pricing are available upon request.

We warrant that:

• Services will be performed in a professional manner
• Deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed specifications
• We will address any defects reported within the warranty period specified in your project proposal (typically 90 days from project completion)

Except as expressly stated above, our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific business results, traffic, or revenue
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of websites
• Compatibility with all browsers or devices
• Third-party service availability or performance

You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination:

• You are responsible for payment for all work completed
• Any deposits paid are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
• We will provide all completed work and deliverables

We may terminate or suspend services if:

• You breach these Terms
• Payment is not received as agreed
• You become unresponsive for an extended period
• Continuation would be unlawful or unethical
